Il Focolaio is now hiring full time and part time back of house positions!! If you like a faced paced, fun environment this position is for you!
We are now hiring the following:
BARISTA: this is a full time position meant for an individual with experience pouring wine, cocktails making, beer preparing,making coffee etc.. experience is required for this position, minimum one year. Candidate must like to be in a high volume setting!
WAITER: we are hiring full time waiters who’s have EXPERIENCE ONLY and who have minimum 3 years of high volume waiter experience. MUST BE TOTALLY BILINGUAL FRENCH AND ENGLISH!! Full time only with a flexible schedule is needed!!
PIZZA CHEF: The pizza chef position is meant for someone with experience stretching dough by hand, cooking pizzas in a wood burning oven and topping pizzas. The candidate should be available for full time and comfortable with working in a fast paced environment.
SALAD MAKER: looking for a full time salad maker/line cook! This is a full or part time position candidate must have the ability to work fast and efficiently. Experience in restaurants is a strong asset. The job entails making salads. Billingual NOT NEEDED
BUS BOY: if you like a fast paced environment and have experience as a bus boy this position is for you. Billingual only
RECEPTIONIST: must be bilingual and exceptional with customer service. Experience on the phone is an asset. Full and part time available
EXPO: this position is meant for someone who is quick and organized and can learn fast. Task is to direct runners and waiters
