We are looking for a non resident janitor for our residential complex in Montréal (NDG)
Main responsability:
Cutting grass
Removing snow from entrance
Clean stairs
Prepare apartments between tenants.
Moving fridge/stove
To know how to paint is an advantage
To know small repairs is an advantage
We are looking for an autonomous person who is able to work with a team
40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8h to 16H30.
Salary 15$ / hours (declared work only).
