Professional Baker for high volume production

MUST HAVE MIN. 5 YEARS FOOD HANDLING EXPERIENCE-Looking for a baker who has experience making large volume recipes. Production is a full 8 hour shift. Candidate should be hygienic, organized, and experienced using an 80 quart mixer, and manual and digital metric scales. Functional French or English required. Experience working in GMP or HACCP environment is preferred. Salary to increase with performance.

TASKS:

Manufacturing cakes

Following recipes

GMP tracking paperwork

Heavy lifting (50 lbs at a time throughout the day)

Cleaning industrial equipment

HOURS: FULL TIME 37 hours per week, less lunch. Monday-Thursday 9:00-5:00, Friday 9:00-2:00

We pay only on the books, you must be legally able to work in Canada.

JOB START DATE: As soon as possible

LOCATION: 255 av Dunbar, Suite #5, Mont- Royal, H3P 2H4. This is near the corner of Rockland and Jean Talon. It is 2 blocks from L’Acadie metro (walk in the direction of Rockland- towards the McDonald’s and cross over Rockland, onto Dunbar. Rockland MD in on that street. We are right after the garage).
