Office Admin – admin/office

Company offering the widest selection of brand and off-brand name products in the food, confectionery and the health and beauty aids industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service;
Responsible for data input in system.
Accounts Receivable.
Keeping track of receipts, commercial invoices, packing lists, packing instructions, etc.
Monitor pick-up and delivery;
Contact customers when necessary to advise status and/or to obtain shipment information in a professional manner;
Interact with accounting department;
Responsible for solving issues and discrepancies;
Updating inventory;
Updating website;
Take pictures of products.
Perform other general office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to multitask.
Great command of English, spoken and written. French is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and Photoshop
Minimum of 3 year experience in office environment.
