What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for the key person who will ensure that our Montreal office runs smoothly and maintains a positive, vibrant and productive office environment. As part of the team, you will work closely with the management and all teams to ensure that everyone has the necessary tools to perform their daily tasks. You will focus on crafting a significant, positive and satisfying experience to employees through various initiatives on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
You will have wide and various tasks such as: Support Senior Management with various administrative initiatives, monitor and improve office policies and procedures, coordinate recruitment processes and activities, onboarding, processing employee/office expenses and assisting with payroll. You will also support management and employee’s requests, ordering supplies and make travel arrangements. You are proactive, detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and you will join our smart and diversified team that loves tackling problems and has fun working together in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
What you’ll need
● Diploma in business administration or equivalent business experience
● 5 years of experience in a similar role, in an IT fast growing company, an asset
● Good knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a demanding customer environment
● Strong organizational and planning skills and enjoy finding solutions to solve issues
● Initiative, the ability to understand other people’s needs and a positive attitude
● Strong sense of diplomacy, confidentiality, and integrity
● Proactive and keen attention to detail
● Bilingual, excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French)
