Residential property owner seeking handyman/carpenter
What we offer:
-A full work week of general carpentry, repairs, and interior/exterior renovations
What you need:
-Honesty, integrity, punctuality, flexibility
-A running car
-Your own tools
-Experience in general carpentry
-Willingness to work on the South Shore (St-Lambert, Brossard, Longueuil)
-An ability to work alone or with a team of 2 other workers, depending on the job
Extra qualifications we’re looking for:
-Past experience working for a residential property owner
-Knowledge of basic plumbing and electricity
-Knowledge of brickwork (pointing and repairs)
Compensation: $20/hr or more, depending on experience
